Parent Overview

Preparing a young man for adulthood should not be left to chance.

The Standard Fellowship is a structured mentorship program designed to build discipline, ownership, and execution before life demands it.

For the Parents

  • Why the Program exists

Graduation Is Not the Finish Line

Many capable young men leave high school intelligent and full of potential — but without systems for time management, decision-making, or consistent follow-through.

    College and adulthood assume readiness.

    We prepare for it intentionally.

The Standard Fellowship exists to help young men build the habits and structure that create confidence and independence.

  • What your son will experience

    Structure. Accountability. Growth.

Over the course of eight weeks, Fellows:

    Learn practical execution systems

    Complete structured weekly assignments

    Build time discipline

    Develop a personal decision-making framework

    Complete a measurable follow-through project

Participate in a real-world Field Lab experience

Growth is measured by demonstrated effort and completed work — not attendance alone.

  • What makes this different

    This Is Not Motivation.

    There are no hype speeches.
    There are no participation trophies.

    The Fellowship is built on:

    Clear expectations

    Direct feedback

    Personal responsibility

    Small cohort size

    Consistent accountability

We believe young men rise when standards are clear and leadership is steady.

  • Expectations + Standards

    What We Expect From Fellows

    Full attendance

    Weekly assignment completion

    Respectful participation

    Willingness to be coached

    Ownership of mistakes and progress

If a young man is unwilling to accept accountability, this may not be the right fit.

Standards are communicated clearly at the beginning of the program.

  • Communication with Parents

    Transparency Matters

    Parents receive:

Clear program expectations at the start

    Communication at key milestones

    Notification if concerns arise

While Fellows are encouraged to take ownership of their progress, parents are not left in the dark.

  • Safety + Structure

    A Structured, Professional Environment

Small cohort size for direct mentorship

    Supervised Field Lab experience

    Clear behavioral standards

    Professional boundaries

The Standard Institute is a mentorship program and does not provide clinical counseling services.

  • Tuition + Commitment

    Tuition: $600 per Fellow

    This investment covers:

    Eight weeks of structured instruction

    Mentorship and accountability

    Program materials

    Field Lab experience

    Graduation & family showcase

Tuition secures a Fellow’s seat in the cohort.
Payment details and policies are provided upon acceptance.

We cap enrollment intentionally to protect quality.

  • Is this the right fit?

The Fellowship may be a strong fit if your son:

    Is approaching adulthood

    Needs stronger structure and follow-through

    Responds well to clear expectations

    Is willing to be coached

It may not be the right fit if:

He is unwilling to accept accountability

He is looking for motivation without effort

Enrollment & Payment Structure

A $100 deposit secures a Fellow’s seat.

For standard enrollment, the remaining balance is due one week prior to the start of the program.

For approved payment plans:

  • $100 deposit

  • $250 due by the end of Week 2

  • $250 due by the end of Week 4

Enrollment is confirmed once the deposit is received.
