The Standard Fellowship Cohort

  • What the Fellowship Is

    Preparation should be intentional.

The Standard Fellowship is a structured 8-week cohort designed to help young men build the habits, discipline, and decision-making systems adulthood requires.

This is not a lecture series.
    It is not motivational speaking.

    It is guided execution.

Each Fellow is expected to show up, participate, apply what he learns, and complete real assignments.

Growth is not assumed. It is demonstrated.

  • What Fellows will do

    Over eight weeks, Fellows will:

    Build a personal execution system

Develop time discipline and planning habits

    Learn a practical decision-making filter

    Complete a measurable follow-through project

Practice accountability in a structured group

    Reflect, adjust, and improve weekly

    This is active work.

Fellows leave with proof of growth — not just notes.

  • The Program Structure

    Weekly Format

    Each session includes:

Clear instruction on a core principle

    Guided application

    Real-world assignment

    Accountability review

    Structured reflection

Between sessions, Fellows are responsible for executing their assignments.

We hold the line on expectations.

  • The Field Lab

    Real-World Application

Midway through the program, Fellows participate in a structured Field Lab experience.

It is a live environment designed to test:

    Decision-making

    Team coordination

    Leadership under pressure

    Communication

    Execution in motion

  • Outcomes

By the end of the Fellowship, each young man will leave with:

    A personal execution framework

    A completed follow-through project

    Stronger time awareness

    Improved communication

A decision filter for future choices

    Increased confidence earned through discipline

    We are not promising perfection.

    We are building readiness.

  • Expectations

    This program requires effort.

    Fellows are expected to:

    Attend all sessions

    Complete weekly assignments

    Participate respectfully

    Accept accountability

    Take ownership of their progress

If a young man is not willing to be coached, this is not the right environment.

Standards are clear from the beginning.
